Challenge Agreement Terms and Conditions:
It is agreed:
1) You wish to enter a team to a regional final and that you have read and understood the rules for the Challenge and accept the rules of the Challenge.
2) You accept that any work entered into the Challenge can be used for promotion of future events and that work can be kept and used in such circumstances by F1 in Schools and their partners.
3) F1 in Schools will have no liability for cost incurred to you or your school/college, when designing and making car models for participation in regional and if invited National finals.
5) You accept that rules can be amended at our sole discretion; entrants will be informed of any major changes to the rules.
6) We shall be entitled at our (or the judges) sole discretion to disqualify teams who breach or do not adhere to the rules and guidelines laid out in the Challenge Rules and Regulations and any part of this Challenge Agreement.
7) You agree that the Judges decision is final.
8) You as the lead teacher take full responsibility for the safety of all students and staff in your party and will ensure all students behave in an appropriate manor. Event Health and Safety information can be provided on request.

This will need to be ticked by the named teacher before registration closes on 16th October 2009.
