Starter Packs

If you are a new school/team looking to get involved in the F1 in Schools Technology Challenge, you can purchase a Starter pack which includes the basic consumables needed to get started on the challenge. The consumables included in the starter pack are also available to purchase from Denford Limited in different quantities. 

 

The cost of an F1 in Schools Technology Challenge Starter Pack is £50 + VAT per pack. Payment for the starter packs can be made either by cheque or purchase order made payable to 'DENFORD LTD'. This should be posted to the address below.  All purchase orders can be either emailed to kfabian@f1inschools.co.uk, faxed on 01484 728100 or posted to Denford Ltd at the address below along with your purchase order reference number.

 

There are 2 starter packs available depending on which entry class your team will be competing in; F1 Class or Bloodhound SSC Class.  Please indicate clearly which starter pack you are ordering so that the correct pack is sent out to you.

 

Included in the starter pack is the following:

 

1 Balsa Blank (F1 or Bloodhound depending on which class you are entering)

1 set of wheels and axles

1 set of F1 in Schools decals

1 CD containing the Rules and Regulations

1 Curriculum Resources Information Flyer

1 F1 in Schools Executive Summary Document

1 Engineering in Motion Promotional Leaflet

150 Day Copy of SolidWorks Student Design Kit and Student Edition

World Finals 2010 Event Report including DVD
