As a fighter pilot for the Royal Air Force, Wing Commander Andy Green is used to travelling at mind-boggling speeds. With the aim of achieving 1050 mph, the Bloodhound Super Sonic Car will prove a real test of man and machine.

Andy Green will provide an insight into the Bloodhound project, the super sonic car, and the key engineering challenges to build a car to travel at 1050 mph. He will then discuss the role of the project's sensors, diagnostic and measuring equipment that make the land speed record possible.
