Rules & Regulations
F1 in Schools has three classes of cars to design. The D-Type, R-Type and our new Sports Car GT class. The Rules and Regulations for each class of entry can be downloaded here along with the Design Brief, the Marking Criteria and some helpful Design Considerations.

How to register a Team
The Team Manager or a Teacher can register a team on the website for entry to compete at a regional final event. However, the nominated teacher will be sent by email the challenge agreement which will need to be signed and returned to us. guarantee a place at an event. Click here to be taken to the registration page. For help with registrations please read the Registration guide. PLEASE NOTE: the rules currently only allow schools/colleges to enter one team per age group (a total of three teams per school/college). Team members must be no less than three (3) per team and no more than six (6) per team.
